This program (as designed) is technically vegetarian because a couple of recipes contain honey. If you 'd like to make it 100% vegan, just replace a the honey with coconut sugar or maple syrup in the recipes that have it! In addition, if want to modify or update any of the recipes or content, you can change anything you'd like inside the program.
The average amount of calories range from 1450-1550 per day. Carbs are 40-50%, protein averages 15-20%, and fat averages around 30-40%. There are also recommendations for men and a guide on how to adjust the macros if needed.
