Terms & Conditions – L.I.V.E Live In Vitality Everyday Membership Programs
1. Health & Medical Responsibility
By purchasing and participating in any L.I.V.E program, you confirm that:
You have consulted with a qualified healthcare professional and received medical clearance to participate in a physical fitness or wellness program.
You understand that participation in exercise, yoga, strength training, and related activities involves inherent risk.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and wellbeing during participation.
2. Liability Waiver
By enrolling, you agree that:
L.I.V.E (Live In Vitality Everyday), including all programs such as LIVE Fit and SOLARA Yoga, as well as its owners, coaches, contractors, affiliates, and partners, are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur in connection with participation.
You release and hold harmless L.I.V.E and its associated entities from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in any program, class, or related activity.
3. Membership Billing & Renewal
All memberships operate on a 28-day billing cycle.
Memberships are ongoing with no long-term obligation.
You may cancel at any time with 15 days written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the designated support contact/email.
4. Trials, Discounts & Promotions
Any trial offers or discounted first-month pricing will automatically renew at the standard full membership rate unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
The renewal price will be the rate displayed at checkout or the current standard rate at the time of renewal.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All recordings, training materials, videos, programs, and resources provided by L.I.V.E are the exclusive intellectual property of
L.I.V.E.
These materials are provided for personal use only and support within your membership.
You agree not to copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or repurpose any content without written permission.
6. Coaching & Support Availability
Coaching and community support are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local program time zone).
While coaches may occasionally respond outside these hours, support is not guaranteed beyond standard operating times.
7. Community, Media & Marketing Consent
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
Testimonials, feedback, transformation stories, and reviews may be used by L.I.V.E for marketing and promotional purposes.
Photos and videos may be taken during training sessions, events, or programs and may be used in promotional content.
Your privacy is respected, and content will be used in a professional and respectful manner.
8. Program Benefits & Good Faith Commitment
L.I.V.E is committed to supporting your journey and providing:

A supportive coaching and community environment
Resources designed to help you build consistency, strength, and vitality
Results vary by individual and depend on personal effort, consistency, and circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
You are voluntarily entering into this agreement.
